We partner with clients to identify growth opportunities, execute strategic transactions, and optimize financial performance across sectors.Role DescriptionThe Corporate Development Analyst will play a dual role — leading financial and transactional workstreams while also originating and developing new business opportunities. The position requires a strong mix of financial expertise, commercial drive, and client engagement skills to help expand ASR’s presence and advisory mandates in the market. The candidate will lead project teams, deliver client assignments, and actively contribute to business growth.Key Responsibilities Lead the financial modeling, feasibility studies, valuation, and analysis of investment and M&A opportunities.Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, valuation, and analysis for investment and M&A opportunities.Support and coordinate transaction execution including due diligence, structuring, and documentation.Actively identify, attract, and engage potential clients and partners across target sectors.Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and transaction reports to clients and investors.Collaborate with senior management to develop and pursue new mandates in corporate finance and M&A.Supervise junior analysts, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.Conduct market and sector research to identify emerging investment and advisory opportunities.Represent ASR in client meetings, industry events, and investor discussions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or CFA qualification is preferred.5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, or consulting.Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution.Strong leadership skills with ability to manage project teams and client engagements.Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.Proven ability to develop business opportunities and maintain client relationships.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial, results-oriented mindset.Ideal Profile A commercially driven finance professional who combines analytical depth with business development instincts.
