We’re growing fast - and we’re looking for a top-performing Hunter BDM to grow with us.The Role:We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager who excels at new business acquisition. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting Microsoft-based solutions, and closing deals across industries.This is a hunting role who can own and manage their KPI’s- perfect for someone who loves building pipelines, engaging decision-makers, and driving sales outcomes.What You’ll Be Doing:Prospecting and closing new business opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Managed Services.Leading the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, presentation, and closing.Engaging C-level stakeholders and tailoring cloud solutions to business needs.Collaborating with technical teams on solution design and PoCs.Tracking and managing deals in CRM (Dynamics 365), forecasting accurately, and smashing your targets.What You’ll Bring:2+ years in a Hunter BDM or New Business Sales role (preferably IT or SaaS).Proven success selling Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, Azure, or related cloud services.A track record of meeting/exceeding targets in new logo acquisition.Confidence engaging executives and crafting compelling business cases.Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-900, MS-900) are a strong plus.What’s On Offer:Competitive base + generous uncapped commissions.Remote work flexibility and access to top-tier Microsoft solutions.Professional development + funded Microsoft certifications.A collaborative, high-performance team culture.Job summaryJoin us as a Hunter BDM - drive Microsoft cloud sales, close new biz, earn big, and grow fast in a high-impact, hybrid role made for top performers!
