Education Business Development & Delivery ManagerFull-Time | Fully Remote | Global RoleWe’re looking for an Education Business Development & Delivery Manager to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits across growth, operations, and delivery within our education portfolio.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building client relationships and ensuring programs are executed seamlessly. You’ll play a key part in growing our education offering while coordinating the operational delivery that keeps everything running smoothly.Employment Package$100,000 base salaryDiscretionary performance bonusSuperannuationAbout the Role35% Business Development & Client EngagementClient-facing conversations and relationship buildingIdentifying opportunities and preparing proposalsSupporting conversion of opportunities into confirmed work35% Delivery & OperationsCoordinating education programsManaging facilitator allocation and delivery logisticsEnsuring smooth operational execution30% Administration & ProcessPipeline tracking and documentationProposal accuracy and system managementMaintaining strong processes and operational consistencyThis role balances growth activity with operational delivery, so someone who enjoys both relationship-building and structured, detail-oriented work will thrive.Key Responsibilities:Education Business DevelopmentDevelop a strong understanding of the education portfolioEngage directly with clients to present education solutionsConduct virtual and face-to-face client meetingsPrepare accurate, engaging proposals designed to win businessTrack opportunities and follow up consistentlyMaintain clear and organised sales documentationProgram Delivery & LMS CoordinationManage the Learning Management System (training provided)Ensure course content is accurate and up to dateMonitor learner experience and coordinate solutionsMaintain clear documentation and updatesMarketing & Portfolio PromotionPrepare marketing briefs for email campaigns and social contentWork with Marketing to support portfolio growthMembership & Community ManagementManage day-to-day membership administrationCoordinate new member content and engagement initiativesModerate the member LinkedIn groupManage the membership webinar “Lunch & Learn” seriesFacilitator Network CoordinationManage administration and coordination of the facilitator poolEnsure accreditation requirements are maintainedAllocate facilitators to programs once business is securedCoordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and expensesOperations & ProcessMaintain high accuracy across proposals and communicationsKeep pipelines and systems up to dateEnsure smooth handover from sales to deliveryManage multiple moving parts without missing stepsAbout YouCommercially confident and comfortable with client-facing conversationsHighly organised with strong process disciplineDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throughConfident preparing professional proposals and documentationComfortable working with systems and platforms (LMS experience desirable but not essential)Responsive, reliable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working remotely as part of a global teamWhat Success Looks LikeClient enquiries responded to quickly and professionallyHigh-quality proposals delivered on timeWell-managed pipeline and accurate documentationSmooth facilitator coordination and program deliveryPositive learner and member experienceStrong operational execution with nothing falling through the cracksThis Role Is NotA facilitation or trainer roleA senior strategic leadership positionA purely administrative roleA role suited to someone who prefers big-picture thinking without detail and processRole TypeFully remote with travel required at timesHands-on role combining business development, coordination, and deliveryFast-paced global environment requiring strong organisation and responsiveness
