This role will focus on developing partnerships and building collection sites for wood waste and recyclable raw materials – helping us secure sustainable supply chains and reinforce our environmental commitments.The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful business development initiatives.RequirementsProven track record of success in business development, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.Fluent business Lithuanian and English is a MUST.In-depth knowledge of the wood industry supply chain, with a focus on sourcing, recycling, and sustainable raw material flows.Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.What we offerA stable and international working environment;Opportunities for professional growth and qualification development;Competitive salary.
