The company is driven by a passion for innovation, reliability, and improving the healthcare experience for its wide range of clients.Role DescriptionManage the day-to-day operations of the team to generate sales revenue through new business acquisition and account retention.Ensure strict adherence to established processes for securing and closing corporate accounts.Review and approve proposals within approved actuarial rates; escalate recommendations on pricing, benefits packages, or renewal strategies to the immediate superior as needed.Plan, monitor, and oversee the implementation of strategic acquisition and retention programs for corporate clients.Review, endorse, and escalate account-related concerns to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.Ensure completeness of all submitted documentation for newly closed accounts before endorsement to Actuarial, QRFT, Underwriting, and Account Management Support teams.Monitor team performance in achieving sales targets, KRAs, and KPIs, ensuring compliance with company policies and deliverables.Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to address competency gaps and improve team capabilities.Collaborate with the Account Management Support Team and other department heads to resolve operational issues.Approve or endorse applications for leaves, overtime, cash-related transactions, business correspondences, and reimbursements of transportation expenses.Review and endorse the status of closed accounts through the C4C system.QualificationsProven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account ManagementStrong skills in Market Analysis, Financial Forecasting, and NegotiationExcellent skills in Relationship-building, Communication, and PresentationProficiency in Strategic Planning, Goal Setting, and Client Needs AssessmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate decision-making skillsRelevant healthcare industry knowledge and HMO background is an advantage
