Industry: Food coloring & ingredients:Natural Food Colors: (Derived from plant, fruit, and vegetable sources – branded under Natracol)Synthetic Food Colors: (Stable, cost-effective solutions for processed foods – branded under Idacol)Pharmaceutical Colors: (Compliant with global pharmacopeia standards for tablets, capsules, syrups, and powders)Cosmetic & Personal Care Colors: (Safe colorants used in skincare, haircare, and decorative cosmetics)Pet & Animal Feed Colors: (Non-toxic pigments designed for pet food and livestock nutrition)Industrial Colorants: (Custom solutions for plastic, fertilizer, paint, and detergent industries)Team size: Hanoi office with 8–9 staff members, including 5–6 sales representatives (1 for industrial colors, the rest for food colors), 2 admin staff, and 1 finance officer.Location:Sales Office: Thanh Liet Road, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi, VietnamWarehouse: Tu Liem Industrial Park, Minh Khai Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, VietnamAbout my client: A leading manufacturer of colors and specialty ingredients for a wide range of industries including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and industrial applications. It is committed to innovation, quality, and sustainable practices, serving global brands with both natural and synthetic color solutions.As a head to take full responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that achieves sales targets of the Company, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.Work Functions: 1. Sales Planning & PerformanceDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets and gross margin goals.Analyze and evaluate sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to ensure sustainable growth.Oversee and guide the sales team to meet KPIs and improve productivity.Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports and sales forecasts.2. Market & Customer ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.Gather and analyze detailed market information, including trends, competitor pricing, customer requirements, and potential opportunities.Drive market development initiatives and explore new segments or applications.3. Product & Pricing StrategyIdentify and develop new products aligned with market demand and company strategy.Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to optimize profitability.4. Departmental ManagementEstablish regulations, work systems, and standard procedures for the Marketing Department.Lead, coach, and support the Hanoi-based team to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.Be flexible and proactive in handling additional departmental tasks as needed.Requirements:Fluent in EnglishVery good command of ExcelAnalytical mind to analyze dataGraduate, preferably with a management degreeMinimum Experience of 10 years in Sales & Marketing of food colors or related products (natural colors, synthetic colors, clean labels, dried ingredients, industrial colors, etc.)Knowledge of SAP preferableUnderstanding of related products in the marketConsultant: Be Phụng (+84) 326 325 091 (Zalo/WhatsApp)
