We create clean, functional herbal tea blends designed to support every phase, from menstruation to perimenopause to menopause. Our initial product line includes Solace, Harmony, Shift, and Balance, each crafted for specific hormonal needs.As we grow, we are expanding into boutique retail, wellness studios, and luxury stockists across Canada and we’re looking for a dynamic partner to help us get there.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (Independent Contractor) to lead OURbody’s growth in partnerships & retail. In this role you’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO and be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating and closing wholesale partnerships aligned with our brand values. This is a commission-only role (10% of closed deals), ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and wants results to directly translate into earnings and growth.What You’ll DoIdentify and target prospective retail accounts: boutique stores, wellness studios, spas, cafés and other aligned partners.Pitch OURbody’s unique blends and brand story, negotiate terms, and close wholesale partnerships.Develop strategic collaborations with adjacent wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands (joint events, co-branded activations, subscription boxes).Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, deal pipelines, and commissions using our CRM or shared dashboard.Represent OURbody at virtual meetings, and occasionally in-person events, with professionalism and authenticity.Who You AreProven experience in business development, sales or partnerships within CPG, wellness, beauty or retail.Comfortable working independently, setting your own outreach strategy, and driving results.Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.Passionate about women’s wellness, hormonal health and brands with purpose.Motivated by performance, comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment, and excited to grow with the brand.Why Join UsBe a key part of a mission-driven wellness brand at an early and exciting stage.Work directly with the Founder & CEO, gain insight into brand growth, strategy and execution.Flexible, remote work: set your own schedule and define your approach.Simple compensation model: 10% commission per wholesale deal closed with immediate impact.Potential for future growth into base pay, long-term contractual engagement or leadership role as OURbody scales.How to ApplyPlease send your resume (or LinkedIn profile) plus a short note about why you’re excited about this role and how you’d approach building OURbody’s retail presence to chelsea@ourbody.ca.
