Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in the building materials industry and extensive knowledge of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships across construction, contracting, and real estate sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the building materials sector.Manage and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s market expansion in the UAE.Market Research & StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform sales strategies.Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new projects and accounts.Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential clients and projects.Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.Provide timely support, product information, and technical guidance to clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Operational CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and technical support to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years UAE experience in building materials sales (mandatory).Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the construction or building materials industry.Strong network of contacts within the UAE construction and contracting ecosystem.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Valid UAE driving license required.Key CompetenciesStrong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Deep understanding of UAE project cycles, procurement processes, and market dynamics.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.Ability to work under pressure in a competitive market.
