Our values guide us especially commitment, trust, flexibility, passion, and responsibility.What are we looking for?We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our comercial team at our office in Rumania (Cluj or Bucharest).Your Responsibilities Will IncludeConduct market prospecting to attract new clients through business visits and service presentations.Analyze and prepare commercial offers and tenders by developing competitive and attractive economic proposals, in line with the company’s commercial strategy and pricing policy.Collaborate with different areas of the company to study and analyze each transport offer and/or tender.Manage the commercial relationship between the company and potential clients, conceptually positioning the sale of the business area and maintaining relationships throughout the sales cycle.Quote and negotiate prices with suppliers, agents, and/or clients.Meet individual sales targets and new business objectives.Build customer loyalty by addressing and resolving inquiries and incidents between the client and the company.Monitor compliance with agreed conditions, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.Prepare sales reports in the information system: record all sales activity, any production deficiencies, and trend variations.Research and develop new products/services.RequirementsEducation:Higher Vocational Training or University Degree in International Trade.Knowledge of the freight transportation sector.Understanding of air and sea freight products.Familiarity with the dynamic B2B sales process.Own client portfolio.Availability to travel to clients and attend kick-offs.ExperienceAt least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the transportation sector.SkillsNegotiation.Initiative, dynamism, and proactivity.Autonomy.Analytical skills, ability to manage and plan effectively.What We OfferJoin a global company and be part of an innovative, dynamic, and purpose-driven team.Participate in an expanding project with real opportunities for growth and professional development.Play a key role in shaping the company’s growth and actively contribute to its success.High degree of autonomy within a collaborative and innovative team.Access to exclusive benefits for Sesé employees: health insurance, buffet dining, discounts on over 400 brands, etc.Flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs.Well-being program.At Sesé, we are looking for people who share our passion and entrepreneurial spirit—people who want to be part of the transformation of the supply chain of the future.
