Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to push our market expansion and commercial growth in France within the e-cigarette and vaping sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of the French tobacco alternatives market, including distribution channels, regulatory environment, and consumer trends.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy tailored to the French market.Build and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and large retail chains.Achieve sales targets and ensure the profitability of local operations.Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulations, and pricing strategies.Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand activation, product launches, and promotional campaigns in France.Provide market insights to internal stakeholders regarding product adaptation and packaging requirements.Reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking for French-market sales.Qualifications & Experience:A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.3+ years of business development or sales experience in FMCG, vaping, or tobacco-related industries.Proven record of driving sales growth and managing distributor networks.Strong understanding of French vaping/tobacco regulations and consumer landscape.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) required.Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.Hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel frequently within France.
