Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading strategic partnership efforts. The role involves conducting market research, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients. This individual will also play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth targets and elevate customer satisfaction. Qualifications Business development skills, including strategic planning, relationship management, and lead generation.Sales and negotiation expertise to identify, pursue, and close opportunities with potential clients or partners.Marketing knowledge, including market research, outreach campaigns, and articulating value propositions.Analytical skills for evaluating market trends, competitor activity, and business performance metrics.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.Proficiency in English; fluency in Vietnamese is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Experience in the B2B solution sales and/or digital transformation industry is highly advantageous.
