Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Executive / ManagerIndustry: F&B, Food Safety & ComplianceLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 (including commission)About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join a growing organization in the food safety and nutrition sector. The role involves building and managing B2B relationships with food manufacturers, HORECA clients, and retail chains, while promoting solutions related to food labeling, compliance, and safety.Key Responsibilities: • Generate and convert qualified leads into long-term clients. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Conduct outbound sales activities (calls, meetings, demos) to develop new business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions. • Stay updated on food safety and labeling regulations to position the product effectively.Requirements: • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within F&B, SaaS, or food safety sectors. • Background or understanding of nutrition, food labeling, or compliance (SFDA, ESMA, ADFSA, GSO). • Strong communication and market networking skills. • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound sales (approx. 80% of the role).Key Performance Indicators: • Revenue generated from new clients. • Number of meetings and demos completed. • Conversion rate and pipeline growth. • Market share expansion.
