You’ll represent PKG as a trusted strategic partner, helping clients bring packaging concepts to life that enhance their brands and drive consumer engagement.What You’ll Do🔹 Drive New BusinessProactively identify and pursue new opportunities with beauty, skincare, wellness, and personal care brands throughout the West Coast.Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through targeted outreach, industry networking, and strategic follow-up.Secure PKG’s approval as a preferred vendor within client organizations by engaging purchasing, development, and marketing teams.🔹 Build Strategic RelationshipsCultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at both established and emerging brands.Partner closely with internal design and product development teams to present tailored packaging solutions that align with client brand identity and technical requirements.Position PKG as a long-term partner, focusing on recurring programs, reorders, and portfolio expansion.🔹 Manage the Full Sales CycleLead the process from prospecting to proposal, pricing, negotiation, and contract close.Ensure seamless project handoff and client satisfaction in collaboration with PKG’s internal teams.Maintain visibility into the sales funnel and accurately forecast revenue using CRM tools.🔹 Stay Ahead of the MarketActively follow beauty and packaging trends, sustainability initiatives, and materials innovation to bring forward-thinking ideas to clients.Represent PKG at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and build market intelligence.What You Bring2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in beauty, skincare, personal care, or health/wellness categories.A strong network of brand and packaging development contacts across the West Coast.Proven success in driving new business and exceeding revenue targets.Strong understanding of packaging design, materials, and production processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.Why PKG GroupGrowth Opportunity: Play a key role in expanding PKG’s market share in one of the most dynamic beauty regions in the world.Innovation: Partner with an award-winning product and design team bringing the next generation of packaging technologies to life.Autonomy: Manage your territory and build your strategy with full support from a global team.Impact: Contribute to the success of top-tier and emerging beauty brands through sustainable, high-performance packaging.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($80K–$125K) + BonusComprehensive medical coverage401(k), PTO, and travel expense supportOpportunities for advancementReady to grow with a company shaping the future of beauty packaging?
