Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Health, Safety & Environment Manager located in Abidjan. The Health, Safety & Environment Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs and policies. The role includes ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, conducting environmental impact assessments, addressing environmental issues, and promoting a safe working environment. The manager will also be responsible for training employees, conducting safety audits, and developing strategies to minimize potential hazards and environmental impacts. Qualifications Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and environmental issuesKnowledge of Environmental Compliance and Environmental PolicyProficiency in conducting Environmental Impact AssessmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in health, safety, and environmental management are a plusExperience in the recruitment industry is a plus
