The Business Development Manager will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build and maintain partnerships, and develop strategies to expand market presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs.QualificationsOver 5 years Pet products category development experienceStrong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Market ExpansionExperience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic PlanningAbility to Build Relationships, Negotiate Contracts, and Manage AccountsSkills in Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Decision MakingExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with the pet products industry or experience in OEM/ODM is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English is required; knowledge of German or additional languages is advantageous
