Job Description

About The Role: Business Expansion Officer (Hunter) has main responsibility to acquiring new merchants as well as maintaining relation with existing merchants in order to achieve business acquisition goals. What Will You Do: Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants-related to TPV & TPT achievement. Assist and ensure integration process for partners on-boarding. Responsible for retaining existing merchants; keep merchants active and productive. Responsible for good relationship with partners and banks. Gather merchant’s feedback. Understand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could better address those needs.

Handle administrative works related to merchant's data (e. g craft new sales proposals and contract renewals). What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years in merchant acquisition, relationship management, or business development, preferably in the payments or fintech industry. Soft Skill Requirements: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple merchant accounts effectively. Technical Skill Requirements: Knowledge of merchant acquisition processes and payment solutions. Ability to analyze merchant feedback and identify business improvement areas. Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
