Job Description: Business Development Officer (International Outsourcing Services)Company: PDP+ Architecture Management Corp.Department: Business DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Hybrid / Comuna, Makati CityROLE OVERVIEWThe Business Development Officer – Outsourcing Services will focus on expanding PDP+’s international outsourcing portfolio, specifically for foreign architecture, interior design, engineering, and design-build firms seeking technical production support. The role is responsible for generating global leads, establishing partnerships with overseas clients, coordinating capability presentations, and supporting proposal development for technical drawing and documentation services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. International Lead Generation & Market ExpansionIdentify foreign architecture and design firms that outsource technical drawings, BIM modeling, detailing, and documentation packages.Conduct market research on outsourcing demand, industry trends, and potential markets (US, Australia, Middle East, Europe, etc.).Build and maintain a database of potential international clients and outsourcing partners.2. Client Outreach & EngagementInitiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and business platforms to introduce PDP+ outsourcing capabilities.Schedule and conduct online meetings, capability presentations, and alignment calls with prospective clients.Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships and convert interest into opportunities.3. Proposal & Contract SupportCoordinate with PDP+’s production teams (architectural, interior, engineering) to gather technical inputs for proposals.Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, work breakdowns, and outsourcing service packages.Support negotiations on scope, timeline, and collaboration terms for international outsourcing projects.4. Outsourcing Operations CoordinationWork closely with technical teams to understand outsourcing capacity, skill sets, and workload availability.Facilitate smooth onboarding of new international clients, ensuring alignment on standards, formats, and drawing requirements.Monitor ongoing outsourced tasks for alignment with client expectations (non-technical BD oversight only).5.
