Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager to architect and execute our market expansion. Your primary mission is to hunt and land mega-projects by forging strategic alliances within the global EdTech content industry. You will be responsible for building a massive pipeline, negotiating high-value deals, and co-developing projects that drive significant user acquisition and revenue for our B2C model.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Business & Partnership Development:Mega-Project Hunting: Proactively identify, target, and secure large-scale partnership opportunities with major players in the EdTech ecosystem (e.g., international content providers, global educational publishers, major telcos with EdTech offerings, and large NGOs with educational mandates).Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a robust and scalable sales pipeline sufficient to exceed ambitious growth targets.B2C Project Co-development: Work directly with partners to conceptualize, develop, and launch joint projects, bundled offerings, or co-branded content specifically designed to acquire and engage end-consumers.Market Intelligence: Serve as the expert on the EdTech content landscape, trends, and competitor strategies to identify white-space opportunities.2. Deal Execution & Revenue Growth:Lead complex negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they are highly favorable and aligned with our strategic and financial objectives.Develop and present compelling business cases, financial models, and proposals to C-level executives at partner organizations.Own the entire partnership lifecycle from initial contact through to launch, scaling, and renewal.3. Relationship & Ecosystem Management:Cultivate and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across your portfolio of partners.Represent [Your Startup Name] at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and source new leads.Qualifications & Requirements:Must-Haves:5+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales within the EdTech, digital content, or media industries.A verifiable track record of "hunting" and closing large, complex deals (e.g., six-figure contracts or strategic projects with significant impact).Deep existing network and relationships within the EdTech content industry (e.g., with publishers, content creators, platform distributors).Exceptional skills in negotiation, financial modeling, and creating board-level presentations.Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Highly Desirable:Experience in designing and launching B2C go-to-market strategies and partnership models.Understanding of the audio content and subscription (SaaS) business models.Experience in the MENA region's educational landscape.This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our platform, driving the success of our new phase, and ensuring our platform remains a trusted resource for Arabic-speaking learners.
