Position OverviewThis is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our HQ in the Netherlands. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.We are looking for a motivated, curious and results-driven Business Development Representative - BDR (m/f/x) to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on the Benelux market and will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and deal qualification to support our sales pipeline. You will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and setting up high-quality meetings for the Account Executives.Ready to make an impact?You’ll Get To Take Ownership OfIdentify and research target companies and key decision-makers in the Benelux regionExecute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messagingQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and through conducting discovery callsSchedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospects and Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign leads into qualified opportunitiesProvide feedback on market trends and prospect pain points to the wider sales and product teamsMeet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline generation targetsWe’d Love To Meet Someone WithFirst professional experiences in sales, business development, or lead generation role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technologyNative-level or fluent Dutch; professional-level English; French is a strong advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with outbound sales tactics and cold outreachYou are ambitious, curious and have a growth-mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the Benelux regionUnderstanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or BANTSpeaking French is a plusBackground in a high-growth or startup environmentYou Can Look Forward ToA modern, hybrid work model based in the NetherlandsA personal Learning & Development budget30 vacation days a yearUp to 20 days of remote work per year from any EU countryCompany pension planLocation-specific benefits (your recruiter will be happy to share more)Company-sponsored business travel and partner eventsIf you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply!
