The company’s full-service model from booking to check-out, maintenance, and guest experience ensures that every property achieves maximum returns while guests enjoy an exceptional stay.With a fast-scaling international team, Nestify combines data, technology, and local expertise to redefine property management worldwide.About The RoleThe Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a pivotal role in expanding Nestify’s B2B footprint by driving new business acquisition and strategic partnerships across key markets, primarily the UK and UAE.This role is not about account maintenance; it’s about building the front end of growth identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting qualified leads that contribute to Nestify’s expansion into new territories, channels, and verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential B2B partners, including estate agencies, relocation specialists, real estate investors, and hospitality networks in target regions.Execute structured, high-volume outreach campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.Qualify leads through frameworks such as BANT, ensuring alignment with Nestify’s ideal partner and client profiles.Schedule and conduct partnership and product demo meetings with qualified leads.Work collaboratively with the Sales Executive team to hand off high-quality, conversion-ready opportunities.Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, tracking progress, conversion ratios, and average time to close using the CRM.Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and deal generation.Represent Nestify at online events or industry forums when required to build visibility and networks in target markets.What Nestify OffersCompetitive base salary + commission structure.Global exposure working across multiple international markets.Generous annual leave and flexible working arrangements.Collaborative, performance-led culture that values initiative, loyalty, and accountability.Growth potential in a rapidly expanding global SaaS-based property management company.Work ArrangementLocation: In office - Cape Town, South AfricaSchedule: Monday to Friday, full-timeRequirements2–3 years of experience in a Business Development or B2B Lead Generation role within SaaS, PropTech, or a service-based commercial environment.Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales pipeline development.Strong communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills across digital and verbal channels.Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and outreach tools such as Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Comfortable working independently within a performance-driven, global team.Familiarity with the property, travel, or hospitality sectors will be advantageous.
