You’ll stay close to clients’ needs, represent their challenges internally, and identify where we can add the most value. Your main responsibilities will include:Customer growth: Growing our customer base in Sea & Air logisticsRelationship building: Developing strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clientsCommercial impact: Achieving sales targets and contributing to long-term growthTailored offers & deal closing: Preparing and presenting tailored solutions - and confidently closing dealsSales planning & reporting: Staying organized and focused through structured planning and reportingWhat The Job Looks LikeThis role is hands-on and strategic - you’ll be in the field, speaking with customers, and shaping the way they experience our service from day one.Stay close to customer needs and market trendsProactively engage with prospects and build your pipelineCollaborate with internal teams to align solutions to client needsRepresent customer feedback and support smooth executionWork confidently with CRM tools and Excel to track progressWhat You BringYou’re a confident communicator who thrives in a commercial environment and understands the pace and rhythm of logistics sales. You listen first, build connections naturally, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities.2+ years of experience in sea or air freight salesUnderstanding of logistics customer needs and sales cyclesComfortable reaching out to customers and building from scratchStructured and detail-oriented with solid Excel skillsEnglish at B2 level or higherFamiliar with CRM/sales tools (nice to have, not required)Flexible, proactive mindset Above all, you enjoy working with people and take pride in representing solutions you believe in.If this sounds like a role where you'd thrive, we’d love to talk.
