We help brands grow with creative strategy and impactful design.We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can pitch clients, close deals, and bring exciting projects to our team.Role Overview:As a Business Developer, you’ll be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and representing Dewon Studio in both remote and on-site meetings. You’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to help turn prospects into successful collaborations.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients for graphic design, web development, and marketing projects.Pitch agency services through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and in-person meetings.Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.Create proposals, pricing plans, and presentations tailored to each lead.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.Requirements:Experience in business development or sales (preferably in a creative/digital agency).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of digital marketing, design, and web solutions.Comfortable working both remotely and in-office when required.Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation tools, or Upwork bidding is a plus.Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.What We Offer:Hybrid work model (Remote + On-site flexibility).Competitive base + performance-based commissions.Opportunity to grow within a creative, fast-paced agency.Supportive and collaborative environment.Join Dewon Studio and help us bring creative projects to life!
