Job Description:The Business Development Specialist will play a key role within Eksim Enerji’s International Business Development Department, supporting the company’s strategic expansion into global renewable energy markets. The role involves identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities—including greenfield development and project acquisitions, across solar, wind, and energy storage sectors outside of Türkiye.Rol ve SorumluluklarKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor global and regional "energy market trends", "policy changes", and "investment frameworks" to identify "early-stage opportunities aligned" with company strategy.Develop business plans and "market-entry strategies" for "target countries", "reflecting evolving energy transition dynamics" (e.g. "renewable auctions", "CfDs", "PPA markets", "incentives" and "legislations").Support overseas project development activities and engage with partners.Work closely with team members and related departments regarding all activities related to project development life cycle.Support for feasibility studies.Prepare reports and presentations for the management.Review data rooms, implement due diligence studies, "identify the risks" associated with the project under consideration.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial), preferably from reputable universities2-4 years of experience in business development roles in the energy industryExperience in M&A proceduresExperience in project development and permitsGeneral understanding of wind energy systems, solar energy systems and battery energy storage systems and applicationsGeneral understanding of energy regulations, power market dynamics and projections, risks that will jeopardize feasibility of the projectGood command of EnglishProficiency with MS Office
