You’ll play a key role in growing our presence in the military land vehicle sector and expanding Naz Bearings’ applications across industrial markets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities and industry trends, supporting strategic plans to expand Menatek and Naz Bearings’ footprint in Turkey and internationally.Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing issues to ensure client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer loyalty and long-term engagement.Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads to support revenue growth and expand Naz Bearings’ client base.Support the preparation and delivery of presentations that highlight the unique value of Menatek’s and Naz Bearings’ products, tailored to each client’s needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Production, and Quality, to ensure timely and quality project execution that aligns with client expectations. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the defense, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in English is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as needed.If you’re eager to grow your career in a global, innovative company, apply today to join Menatek’s team!
