In this role, you will be the front line of our growth, responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities for our portfolio across the United States. Your primary mission will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, identify their needs, and Identify potential opportunities.If you are resilient, articulate, and looking for a role where your effort directly translates into earnings, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Execute a high volume of strategic cold calls to key decision-makers (e.g., Facility Managers, Office Managers, CEOs) in businesses of all sizes.Quickly articulate the value proposition of our services to generate interest.Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure high-quality meeting generation.Schedule and confirm sales meetings for our senior account management team.Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, conversations had, and meetings set.Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and performance metrics.What We're Looking For (Requirements):Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar outbound cold-calling or lead generation role. (Experience in B2B services is a huge plus!)Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on selling services (IT, BPO, Consulting, or other relavant experience is a must).Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills – you can build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence.Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Basic proficiency with CRM software and comfort learning new sales technologies.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a bonus.
