The Business Dev Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Directly put, this is a commission-based contractor role for a sales specialist ready to bring in potential clients, identify their pain points and see if there's something we can support them with. We're generally open to hearing your expectations of this position, along with your ideas on how to achieve results. Naturally, we're also more than happy to provide tools you'd need to get the job done. We're also very open to you perceiving this as a "job on the side". QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceProven expertise in Sales and Sales ManagementB2B outreach campaign creation and execution skillsExperience in both comfy and uncomfy outreach methods (from online campaigns to cold-emailing)Strong research skills in identifying potential clientsDemonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptabilityA listener who actually cares what the other person has to sayA sense of responsibility for your work and stakeholders
