About UsMillennial Consulting is a junior management consultancy. We provide strategy consulting services to startups and SMEs that seek help with their business, by matching them with ambitious students and recent graduates for a two-month consulting project. We are supported by external mentors who are professional management consultants (from Deloitte, PwC, DYNACAP, BearingPoint, and Round), and some of our student consultants and leadership team members have gone on to work in consulting themselves.We are currently expanding our Business Development department for an ambitious 2026!What We Look ForYou are a motivated student from a university in Denmark, who wants to join Millennial's Management to accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting with an ambitious goal to bridge student consultants from a range of universities around Copenhagen with local startups and SMEs.As a Business Development Specialist, you will help with the acquisition of new clients and larger consulting partners for our Student Consultant Projects, together with 4-6 other students/recent graduates belonging to the Business Development department. The team's tasks include reaching out to potential clients and partners, negotiating the price and contracts, following up on contact and fostering relations, and scoping strategic projects for the Student Consultant Projects.We Expect ThatYou have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in managing projectsYou are interested in strategy, sales, start-ups, SMEs and/or management consultingYou have high analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsYou are a team player, who enjoys working in a diverse teamYou are curious and looking for a workplace to share your creative ideas and strategiesExpect from usWe Are a Dynamic Junior Consultancy Consisting Of Different Departments, Ranging From Communications, HR, Business Development, And Operations.
