Perfect for someone who enjoys turning insights into action and aligning teams around a shared visionWhat You’ll DoLead client discovery processes - identifying business challenges, defining digital strategies, and shaping clear product visions.Get truly hands-on by defining the products we are going to build.Partner closely with designers, developers, and clients to develop products.Manage delivery, handover, and continuous improvement across digital projects.Support Heyra’s internal growth - from improving delivery frameworks to shaping how we scale our consulting practiceWho You AreMaster’s level degree in Business, Information Systems, or similar.2–3 years’ experience in consulting, digital strategy, or similar.Strong business acumen and interest in technology.Proven experience driving digital transformation or product-related projects.Excellent communicator and relationship builder.Structured, proactive, and excited by responsibility early in your career.Comfortable engaging C-level clients and translating between business and technical stakeholders.Fluent in English.Why join Heyra?Our mission is to help redefine and shape the future of consultancy.
