The company partners with major public and private organizations to deliver high-impact, result-driven marketing strategies across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.About the Role:The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding the agency’s presence in the advertising and digital marketing market. The role requires strong B2B sales skills, a consultative selling approach, and experience dealing with corporate and government clients. The candidate should be capable of developing relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Revenue GrowthIdentify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across multiple industries.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client needs.Negotiate and close contracts with senior marketing and procurement decision-makers.Maintain a structured sales pipeline through CRM systems and provide accurate forecasts and reports.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.Conduct regular account reviews and performance discussions to enhance partnerships.Market Intelligence and StrategyMonitor market trends, client demands, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align client needs with agency capabilities.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business forums to expand the network and visibility.Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies, pricing, and service offerings.Internal Collaboration and ReportingCoordinate with creative, digital, and operations teams for project handover and execution.Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, proposals, and client interactions.Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue achievements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.Deep understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.Personal AttributesStrong executive presence with a decisive, results-oriented leadership style.Strategic thinker with hands-on operational control and discipline.Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments with diplomacy and confidence.
