The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing successful sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales and business development team to achieve individual and collective goals, providing coaching and guidance as needed.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform decision-making.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.Financial Management: Work closely with the finance department to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and financial projections, monitoring performance against targets and making adjustments as necessary.Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing collateral that effectively showcase our products and services.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining high ethical standards in all business activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience (15+ years) in sales and business development, at least 5 years in the construction materials industry, with a strong understanding of ready-mix and cement products.Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience in contract negotiation, client relationship management, and market analysis.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.Commitment to high ethical standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.
