Who We Are:The Worldfolio is a media & communication agency and a news website specialized in the production of socio-economic and industrial reports.Thanks to our partnerships with famous media outlets, we create multimedia campaigns in which we promote the most dynamic sectors of Asian economies. To do so, we interview the executives of both Fortune 500 and Medium Size enterprises, along with Government Officials and economic experts. To finance these reports, we sell advertising and promotional placements within our media mix. Our business model is therefore a combination of journalism, multimedia-planning and advertising sales.As a Business Development Associate, your main objective is to contact selected companies to request to interview their presidents. As such, a typical day will include the following:·     Research potential interviewees from a large database of companies.·     Cold call companies to inform them that we want to have an interview with their President.·     Write follow-up emails, answer questions and send proposals in order to manage the logistics of the interviews.·     Help review interview transcripts and coordinate editorial tasks with our team of editors and graphic designers.·     Follow-up with clients and help coordinate upcoming publications.What profile we look for:·     You are outgoing, social and have good presentation skills·     You are curious and enjoy learning about various industrial and social topics·     You are result-driven and willing to work the extra-hour to increase your pay check·     You are comfortable speaking on the phone·     You are able to handle phone calls repeatedly and without losing focus·     You are ambitious and want to learn and grow in the companyRequirements:·     What we care about most is your ability to learn and to work for the success of the team!·     Fluent in English (both written and oral)·     Conversational level of KoreanWhat we offer:An attractive financial package composed of: ·     A fixed salary: 233,000 JPY·     Bonuses on individual performance: Up to 20,000 JPY·     Bonuses on team performance: Up to 80,000 JPY·     Transportation Fee·     Health Insurance·     Working VISA·     Professional growth opportunitiesEmployment Type:Full-time
