Business Development Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking a Business Development Specialist based in Istanbul to help expand our business in the internet and artificial intelligence sectors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or technology-related industries, with strong business acumen and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, international environment. Candidates with no transportation issues to Şişli area, Çağlayan, and Mecidiyeköy metro stations are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.Conduct market analysis and competitor research to support strategic decisions.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.Manage and track sales pipelines, providing regular performance reports.
