You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.Effective January 2026, this will be a Non-MIP FT Sales Management position with an enhanced sales incentive plan.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead GenerationIdentify and research potential clients through various channels.Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns.Value Analysis and PresentationConduct compelling presentations to showcase our products/services and highlight their value proposition.Effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.Market and Product CommunicationUnderstand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features and benefits when communicating product features or design and tailoring the message to meet customer needs.Sales Strategy and PlanningDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Negotiation and ClosingNegotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure new business.Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.QualificationsProven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Willing to travel.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).Applicants must be currently located in the same geographic area as the position or willing to self-relocate, as relocation assistance is not available.Employee TypePermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.Other CriteriaUPS is an equal opportunity employer. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance.
