Job Description:To identify and develop new business opportunities that help the Chamber of Food Industries (CFI) achieve its strategic objectives. This includes managing strategic partnerships, drafting protocols, and activating sponsorship programs to provide significant added value to the Chamber's members.Main responsibilities:Protocol & Agreement Management:Prepare and draft Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and cooperation protocols with government entities, international organizations, and the private sector.Monitor the activation of signed protocols to ensure objectives are met and provide regular progress reports.Re-activate and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous and fruitful cooperation.Sponsorship & Resource Development:Design specialized sponsorship packages for the Chamber’s events and activities and market them to relevant stakeholders.Attract new sponsors for CFI initiatives and projects to optimize costs and maximize returns.Manage the relationship with sponsors, ensuring they receive all agreed-upon benefits and recognition.Business Growth & Research:Develop and implement strategies to identify new commercial and service opportunities that align with the Chamber's mission.Conduct market research and surveys within the food industry sector to identify market trends and member needs.Participate in developing policies and processes aimed at enhancing service delivery to members.Networking & Internal Coordination:Represent the Chamber in relevant meetings, conferences, and events to expand the professional network.Maintain regular contact with members and partners to seek feedback for continuous service development.Coordinate with other departments (Technical Affairs, L&D, etc.) to ensure business development efforts are aligned with the Chamber’s Knowledge, skills and experience required:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business development, marketing, or international relations.Sector Knowledge: Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Business Membership Organizations is highly preferred.Technical Skills:High-level negotiation and persuasion skills (specifically for sponsorship deals).Excellent skills in drafting professional protocols and technical reports.Full fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic.Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and networking skills.
