Job Description

Job Description- 👋 Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a courteous and professional manner- 📞✉️ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails- 🧹🏢 Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area- 📅🗓️ Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings- 📬 Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- 🗃️💻 Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation- 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication- ✈️🏨 Ability to manage business travel arrangements, including flight tickets and accommodationRequirements- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Professional appearance and positive attitude- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office tools- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.If you are interested , you can send your CV to : Alaa_yasser@prosoft.com.egBest of luck 😊
