A fast‑growing B2B SaaS company focused on data actionability is hiring a Business Development Team Leader to lead and scale a growing BDR team.This role will begin fully onsite and transition to a hybrid schedule after three months: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.The person in this role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for identifying and engaging executives at enterprise organizations, creating multi‑channel outreach campaigns, and leveraging AI prospecting tools to drive pipeline for the sales organization. This position offers upward mobility for candidates who demonstrate results and leadership in a rapidly scaling environment.Requirements:5+ years in B2B business development, sales development, or enterprise sales (SaaS/data/cloud preferred).2+ years engaging VP/C‑level execs at enterprise organizations.1+ years of team leadership or formal mentorship experience.Fluent English (outbound is only in English).Comfortable using AI prospecting tools (e.g., Regie.ai or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach/Salesloft).Preferences:Background working with U.S. or European markets.Experience building BDR teams from the ground up.Comfortable in a fast‑moving, lean team where people wear multiple hats.
