If you have grit, determination, and a hunger for success—let’s talk.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new business while managing and growing a portfolio of key accountsProspect and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and research tools (Google, Hoovers, ZoomInfo)Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, handling high-level escalationsConduct quarterly business reviews and lead strategic planning sessions with client leadershipCollaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvementProvide direction and performance coaching to direct reportsMonitor KPIs and oversee daily operational tasks for your teamGuide quoting, communication, and execution to ensure excellence in service deliveryExpectationsMake a minimum of 25 outbound calls per day for senior level AE's, higher for less experienced AE'sMeet or exceed performance metrics including load count, gross profit, and CRM activityDemonstrate Circle’s “No-Fail Service” mindset by minimizing preventable issuesMaintain professionalism, integrity, and consistency in daily tasksAdvancement RequirementsPrevious experience in an Account Management roleSuccessful completion of internal Leadership TrainingProven leadership capabilities and consistent performanceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceJoin a team that works hard, wins big, and grows together.
