This role combines leadership, strategy, and sales execution — you’ll be responsible for finding, onboarding and managing a team of Business Developers focused on converting leads, maximizing sales performance, and driving consistent growth across the Thai market.  Key Responsibilities Search, onboard, lead, train, and motivate a team of Business Developers to achieve sales and conversion targets.Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Oversee daily performance, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversion efficiency.Support the team in handling high-value clients and complex sales situations.Collaborate closely with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.Analyze KPIs and provide performance reports with actionable insights.Represent DemoPips at local events and contribute to brand visibility in Thailand.   RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or team leadership (fintech, prop firm, or online education background is a strong plus).Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and result-oriented approach.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.   What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonuses and team incentives.Leadership role within a rapidly expanding global fintech brand.Hybrid or fully remote work flexibility.Supportive international team and a clear path to regional management.
