He oranga taiao, he oranga tangata.Mō te tūranga | About the roleWe are looking for a skilled Business Engagement Advisor to strengthen the partnership between our Information Systems and Services (ISS) team and DOC’s business units. You will act as the bridge between IT and the wider organisation, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, communicated, and transformed into effective technology solutions that help DOC achieve its conservation goals.You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their IT challenges and opportunities, recommend practical solutions, and support the delivery and adoption of new systems and toolsKey responsibilities;Build strong relationships with business units and the ISS team to ensure technology supports organisational priorities.Analyse business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Identify and recommend IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with DOC’s strategic goals.Support project delivery and change management to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems.Communicate effectively between business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable insights.Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practice to continuously improve DOC’s digital engagement and business processes.Click here for the Role DescriptionNgā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceYou will bring a combination of technical understanding, business insight, and relationship-building skills.
