This role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, designing and proposing comprehensive network solutions, pricing deals and supporting the implementation and post-sales phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a keen commercial acumen to drive business growth.Ko Tō Mahi – What You’ll DoEngage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals Analyze and document customer requirements to ensure a clear understanding of the needed fixed network solutions.Design tailored fixed network build solutions that meet customer requirements.Develop comprehensive solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration plans.Customize and configure fixed network solutions to fit the specific needs of the client, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the proposed fixed network solutions to potential clients.Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with detailed technical content and solution descriptions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team focused on fixed network solutions.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review contracts.Establishing appropriate governance forums to manage risks, contract compliance & process enablement.Negotiation Leadership: actively participate in customer negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and safeguarding company interests.Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of fixed network solutions.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during deployment and integration of fixed network builds.Provide training to customers on the new fixed network solutions, ensuring they can effectively utilize the technology.Na Tōu Rourou - What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in a solution consulting or similar role within the fixed network build industry.Strong technical background with knowledge of fixed network technologies and solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nā Mātou Te Rourou – What You’ll GetOne New Zealand is leading the way by ensuring you can have a truly balanced life.
