Justlife is rocking the region with its beautifully designed for all home services app and looking for brilliant minds and skilled professionals who can think outside the box and have a limit that defies the sky.Do you envision shaping the future of all home services in one of the fast-growing tech startups based in Dubai?Come onboard and dedicate yourself to becoming #everydaybetter!Take over a key role as a Business Finance Analyst (Partner Operations) in the Business Development department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.What we expect from you:Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for your business lineBuild driver-based financial models that guide business and operational decisionsPrepare monthly P&L reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for stakeholdersPartner with Business Development and Operations to provide cost and profitability insightsLead reconciliations and ensure accuracy in revenue, cost, and partner settlement dataIdentify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and sensitivity analysesPresent financial insights and recommendations to management that drive performanceCollaborate with Accounting and Controllership for month-end close and budget alignmentContinuously improve reporting tools and automate manual data workflowsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA Finance preferred)3–5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial FinanceProven understanding of P&L management, cost allocation, and forecastingStrong command of Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems (Power BI is a plus)Analytical thinker with structured problem-solving and strong attention to detailEffective communicator who can translate numbers into clear business actionsComfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsSQL or automation experience for reporting efficiencyExperience in tech-enabled, marketplace, or service-based businessesPERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFENothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
