The Director, Finance has primary responsibility for budgeting/forecasting, modeling, and financial analyses, and delivering business insights to Senior Management. This role builds solutions and makes judgments on risk appetite based on key macro-economic, market and business value driversThrough financial analyses and working as valued business partner of assigned area, develop business insights and drive valueDirect annual budgeting/forecasting processes for assigned SBUs/FCEs/Corporate areasProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses to senior management.Develop/present recommendations based on financial data to support effective decision making Assist in developing overall business strategy and planning goals for assigned area(s)Monitor and report on capital expenditures and investment proposal submissionsProvide financial support and guidance to CXOs, SVPs, VPsManage staff of finance managers and analystsLead process improvement initiatives / transformation projects and measure benefitsAdhere to ethical standards and comply with laws/regulations applicable to the job functionRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field requiredMBA in Finance and/or Accounting preferred Certified Public Accountant other relevant professional certification strongly preferred12 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, management and reporting including working directly with senior leadershipPrior experience in a leadership role including leading a strong analytical FP&A teamExpertise in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and MS OfficeProject Management experienceStrong analytical, management, presentation, and communication skills requiredRequired SkillsAble to do, explain, teach, re-imagine and innovate within FP&A organizationAble to work with and lead financial and non-financial staff to drive business resultsAble to identify and implement process improvements within the Finance organization to improve efficiency/effectiveness, reduce cost/risk, and/or develop competitive advantageExtend ownership beyond assigned accountabilities and successfully overcome unforeseen obstacles and/or ambiguitiesPeriodically redefine and re-prioritize scope as necessary to accomplish critical outcomes by anticipating, influencing and satisfying customer or stakeholder’s needs and established expectations while delivering exemplary serviceRecognize patterns that help self or others promptly and appropriately respond to non- routine events or prepare for contingencies for foreseeable conditionsLead and collaborate effectively in teams, soliciting and incorporating diverse perspectives, backgrounds, thoughts and experiencesAble to lead large scale, cross-functional projects and project teams ETS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
