Business & Financial Analyst, Telia Towers

I’m Victor Sellman, CFO at Telia Towers Group, and I’m looking for a high-performing Business & Financial Analyst to join our Group function. You’ll work closely with me and our leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, financial planning, and operational excellence across our business.About Telia Towers GroupTelia Towers Group is a leading telecom infrastructure company in the Nordic region with :10,000 masts and tower sites across Finland, Sweden, and Norway, and annual revenue exceeding EUR 150 million. We’re owned 51% by Telia and 49% by a consortium of Brookfield (Private equity) and Alecta.We’re a small, agile organisation (<60 FTEs) with a strong focus on operational excellence and growth. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO and collaborate across the entire company.As a Business & Financial Analyst… …your role involves supporting strategic analysis and planning by assisting in the preparation and follow-up of the company’s five-year business plan and financial model. You prepare strategic materials for the Board and leadership team and conduct financial and operational analysis to inform decision-making. You also contribute to performance management and reporting by supporting monthly financial reviews and developing insights that lead to actionable recommendations. In addition, you lead and support ad-hoc strategic projects, such as contract re-negotiations, and actively participate in management meetings where you present data insights and action recommendations.Who We’re Looking ForYou are a self-starter with a high energy level, natural curiosity, and a hands-on mindset. You bring sound reasoning and strong business judgment to your work, enabling you to make thoughtful and impactful decisions.To succeed in this role you have:Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar strategy/finance-oriented rolesStrong Excel skills (financial modelling, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint skillsProven qualitative and quantitative analytical ability and commercial acumenComfortable interacting with senior management and influencing outcomesExcellent communication skills in Finnish and EnglishBachelors and/or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent academic background)In addition we value experience from working in an international team.
