The role QEC is growing, with a new Early Parenting Centre in Hastings opening late 2025 and a new client information management system now in place. With this growth, we have a newly created role at QEC for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to help shape new system reporting, develop a strong data culture and bring QEC into the future. The Business Intelligence Analyst will proactively engage with multiple key stakeholders to translate business requirements into insightful analytical models, reports and dashboards that support the organizations key strategic and operational objectives. The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across QEC with the implementation of effective and engaging reports to identify trends, drive service outcomes and performance improvements. This permanent role is offered as part-time or 0.6FTE (22.8 hours per week) and is primarily based at Noble Park with occasional travel to regional Victorian sites.
