Business Intelligence Specialist

About the opportunity:This role is focused on developing and maintaining data analytics solutions that help the organisation make informed decisions. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you’ll design and support reporting products - such as datasets, dashboards, and extracts that meet business needs and empower self-service BI users. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver meaningful insights.Key Activities:Build and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and SSRS outputs in a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment.Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to define reporting requirements.Design and deliver dynamic reporting solutions for analytics, visualisation, and self-service BI.Mentor others in BI best practices, including T-SQL, DAX, Power Query, and dimensional modelling.Support continuous improvement in data development and management practices.Our culture is both supportive and collaborative.
