The Growth Faculty brings ideas with impact from the world’s leading business minds. We are the leading provider of world-class education for executives and leadership teams. Via live events and our virtual leadership learning subscription service, we bring unique content from international speakers such as Jim Collins,President Obama, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Seth Godin and Patrick Lencioni (to name a few). We exist to support and accelerate the success of growth businesses globally. Starting in Sydney, Australia, we are now providing live events in New Zealand, UK and US and our virtual platform is growing globally, with over 25 countries represented on our membership platform. As the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for optimising revenues and growth through identifying new channels, including partnerships with corporates, government, and industry bodies. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the industry, the trends and market forces with a view to identifying new sales opportunities and use your influencing and relationship-building skills to identify and develop and grow partnerships. This is a highly visible role that requires a data-oriented decision-maker, a master communicator, and a strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating and growing strategic business partnerships. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategic partnership process for our live events program. This includes developing the partner strategy, engaging external partners, establishing a mutually beneficial commercial relationship, negotiating and implementing contracts.Develop a clear partnership strategy for our live events to drive sales activity and revenue.Conduct detailed analysis, research and planning to identify partnership opportunities and assure that the objectives and budgets are met. Identify partners' needs and create ideas and solutions to include in partner proposals that respond to partners' objectives and build customer loyalty and revenue.Work with the marketing team to develop professional strategic proposals, which convey an unparalleled, customised proposition with benefits to meet target audience goals.Negotiate successful contracts and manage the onboarding of new partners, including training, integration and go to market strategies.Build commercially driven partnerships based on an understanding of client’s objectives that are solutions focussed and strategic with a long-term outlook.Track performance and support and guide partners to maximise value in the relationship and ensure high level of engagement.Maintain accurate and up to date information on all activities via company CRM system.Work internally with various departments to communicate Partner contractual obligations including all pre, during and post event activities.Host/entertaining current and prospective clients at specific Growth Faculty virtual events. Requirements5 - 7 years’ experience in Outbound Solution sales or Partnership sales experienceDemonstratable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targetsCommercially minded and results-driven; able to see the big picture and drive business while also engaging at the individual levelDeep experience building relationships and communicating complex propositions.Superior and engaging communication and presentation skills.Exceptional problem solving, lateral and creative.Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Demonstrable experience in detail research and data analysis and planning.Previous experience in using CRM system preferable eg. Salesforce,Be courageous in terms of speaking one’s mind, yet approachable and open to be convinced by other points of viewOpen to change, new ideas, find the ebb and flow of our evolving business exciting.Ability to embrace uncertainty with a contagious attitude of enthusiasm.Like to have fun!
