The enterprise cares deeply about people and the communities it serves, striving to have a lasting positive impact on society and the environment.Purpose of the JobThe Business Manager directly works with the Head of Investments and supports the execution of the strategic investment plan. You play an important role in organizing, steering, preparing and monitoring the daily business activities as part of Anthos’ growth strategy and values-based asset management.On a daily basis you will collaborate with investment teams, client & advisory solutions, support functions, and other stakeholders in order to monitor and report on KPIs and business trends, prepare analysis and presentations, support audit and compliance deliverables, coordinate team activities, participate in improvement initiatives. Next to the recurring work, you will be managing department projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prepare investment team and executive level meetings.Support in steering the investment plan, project management, alignment and execution by keeping oversight and monitoring of KPI’s.Produce monthly and quarterly reports to monitor KPI’s and for business engagement discussions.Provide financial and performance analysis and manage data.Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for meetings and strategy working sessions.Qualifications and RequirementsA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or proven ability to act on this level based on work experience.At least 5-years of experience in project management, operations, consulting and/or investment management with a focus on financial institutions.The ability to organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way.Effective communication skills to understand projects and drive next steps.Display thoughtful management regarding prioritization, structuring, and organization.The ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.The ability to take decisions and act quickly when information is limited; can assess the criticality of potential risks, prioritize and escalate appropriately.Additional informationReference checks and a pre-employment screening are a final step of the hiring procedure.We're an equal opportunity employer.
