Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated specialist and team player with at least 5-year of relevant work experience who finds it challenging to come and work in a complex organization. The Accounting Administrator, under the direction of the Head of Accounting to whom he/she reports, is responsible for setting up and executing all financial administrative processes and reporting for Julius Clinical and its subsidiaries. Your efforts result in a correct, complete, and timely financial administrative process and you continuously support the broader Finance Team and other departments with financial administrative information. Key responsibilities:Prepares, files, and enters invoices and payments into the financial accounting system (SAP business by design);Processing/ preparing bank payments and bank statements;Allocates supplier invoices to the correct Purchase Order, Project task or General Ledger Account;Processes credit card expenditures;Prepares payments in the online banking system;Answers questions from vendors, suppliers, and employees regarding payments;Prepare Invoices to Sponsors and monitor accounts receivables and if needed send out reminders to customers;Identifies possible shortcomings for checking the accuracy of the finance procedures and propose possible solutions;Month end close activities.Desired skills & experienceYou have an Associate degree (MBO+) in a (financial) administrative field;Minimum of 5 years of Accounting experience;Hands-on mentality, accurate, analytic and strong communication skills;Work according to the timelines;Quality, accuracy, and completeness of financial data and filing;Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;Experience with Excel and experience with SAP is a requirement.WE OFFERAn open culture in an innovative and dynamic environment with inspiring colleagues and good working conditions.
