From forecasting to reporting to performance analysis, you will help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market — and support our mission to make healthcare more affordable and effective.Your impact and responsibilitiesLead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for specific business areasDeliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and KPI trackingBuild and maintain robust financial models and decision-support toolsPerform variance analysis and identify key drivers of performanceSupport executive reporting, board preparation, and strategic analysesIdentify and implement process improvements across FP&A workflowsEnsure data consistency across planning models, reporting, and source systemsPartner with business leaders to drive performance and support strategic prioritiesCore FP&A activitiesOwn and improve forecasting models to increase accuracy and scalabilityPrepare monthly management reporting packs with clear, actionable commentaryWork closely with senior leaders across Customer Office, Product & Technology, Sales, and G&A to help achieve their objectivesAct as a thought partner to business teams and contribute to cross-functional planningAnalyse actuals vs. forecast/budget, highlighting risks and opportunitiesSupport strategic planning through scenario modelling and sensitivity analysisContribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadershipWhat succes looks likeFinancial insights that drive sound, data-backed decisionsReliable, forward-looking forecasting and planning processesStrong collaboration with stakeholders and teams across LOGEXA continuous improvement mindset that keeps our FP&A capabilities best-in-classYour profile4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles (ideally in a Software/SaaS environment)Excellent financial modelling and analytical skillsSolid experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reportingAdvanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plusFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantageStrong communication skills: able to make complex topics simple and relevantOrganised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesStrategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic attitudeComfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environmentCollaborative and able to build trust across teamsWhy LOGEX?An excellent compensation package (salary, holiday allowance, NS Business Card, phone and internet allowance)25 vacation days (based on full-time employment) to recharge, with the option to purchase additional daysAn informal working environment with motivated colleaguesThe possibility to work in a hybrid setupA laptop and everything you need to set up a comfortable and ergonomic home officePersonal and professional development opportunities through our LOGEX AcademyAccess to our mental health partner, OpenUpRegular after-work drinks and many more social eventsContact us!You can apply via the button below and upload your CV.
