As Plastchim-T continues its international growth, we are strengthening our People & Culture team to enable transformation, leadership development, and long-term talent strategies that support our business expansion.YOUR MISSIONAs an HR Business Partner at Plastchim-T, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our workforce and culture. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Supply Chain leadership team, driving strategic people initiatives, embedding our company values, and co-leading key projects in organizational design, leadership development, performance, and talent management.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments, brings HR expertise and business acumen, and is passionate about building resilient, high-performing teams across borders.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the strategic People & Culture partner to the Supply Chain leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.Lead the implementation of key HR processes across the function, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.Drive organizational design efforts and support strategic workforce planning in alignment with future business needs.Lead the onboarding framework for key roles (Top 50) and ensure seamless integration and engagement from day one.Act as a change agent and culture ambassador, promoting Plastchim-T’s values and fostering a high-performance, inclusive environment.Introduce and manage standardized KPIs and scorecards to track talent development, engagement, and functional HR impact.Design and execute targeted development programs and individual development plans (IDPs) for high-potential talent.Partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver impactful HR solutions, including assessments, coaching, and digital tools.Ensure alignment with global HR strategy and consistency in policies and practices across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional HRBPs and the broader People & Culture team to drive company-wide transformation initiatives.WHAT YOU BRING3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environmentProven track record of establishing and evolving the HR Business Partner role within complex structuresExpertise in performance management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planningExperience in delivering high-impact organizational change and cultural transformation initiativesStrong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into people solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leadersAgile mindset and learning orientation – ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and implement solutions with measurable impactHigh level of personal integrity, authenticity, and alignment with Plastchim-T’s valuesUniversity degree and fluency in English; experience in digital workplace tools WHAT AWAITS YOUImpactful Role: Be part of a high-performing, international team that drives financial sustainability and innovation in the packaging industryCompetitive Monthly Compensation: Fixed base salary + performance-based monthly bonus.Additional Benefits:Health InsuranceMultisport CardFood VouchersChildbirth/child adoption bonusFriend referral bonusOrganized transport from Varna to AksakovoAcquire profound knowledge into the packaging industry and join Plastchim-T that stands out uniquely on the Balkan Peninsula!
